We have a proven record of successfully negotiating hundreds of collective bargaining agreements and representing members at grievance meetings, arbitrations, formal disciplinary panels, Skelly hearings, Personnel Commission Appeals, and federal and state administrative hearings. We also hold elected trustee positions on your pension and health & welfare funds.

 

We have created a strong local union built on inclusiveness, solidarity and the belief that all workers deserve fair wages and respect in the workplace.

 

OUR OPPOSITION: “572 Teamsters United” is NOT Teamsters Local 572! Don't be fooled. They will try to make you think they’re Teamsters Local 572 to get your contact information.

 

They have NO experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements or representing union members in arbitrations or other formal disciplinary proceedings. Who they plan on having as a business agent at your workplace remains a mystery; the only thing certain is that it will be someone who has NEVER been a union business agent, negotiated a collective bargaining agreement, or represented a member at a disciplinary hearing or panel.
